Your command center for managing your organization

Overview

The Dashboard is your organization's command center. It provides a quick overview of key metrics, recent activity, and shortcuts to common actions. Everything you need to stay on top of your organization is visible at a glance.

Key Features

Status Row

The top row shows system status and quick links:

  • System Status - Shows plan tier and member count with online indicator. Click to go to Settings → Billing
  • Team Card - Displays team members with names, admin usage, and pending invites. Click to go to Settings → Team
  • Storage Card - iOS-style color-coded breakdown by file type (Members, Activities, Receipts, etc.). Click to go to Settings → Data Management

Statistics Cards

Below the status row, key metrics are displayed:

  • Total Members - Active member count in your organization
  • Dues Collected - Amount collected vs total expected
  • Net Balance - Financial summary (income vs expenses)
  • Upcoming Activities - Number of scheduled events

Quick Add Menu

The "Quick Add" button in the top right gives you instant access to create:

  • New Member - Add a member to your organization
  • Record Due - Record a dues payment quickly
  • New Event - Create a new activity or event
  • Add Expense - Record a financial transaction

Getting Started Guide

New organizations see a getting started checklist with four steps: Add Members, Set Up Dues, Add Officers, and Plan an Event. Complete each step to set up your organization. The guide disappears once all steps are complete.

Recent Activity Feed

The activity feed shows recent actions across your organization, including new members, payments received, and upcoming events. Click on any item to go directly to the related record.

Upcoming Events

See your next scheduled activities at a glance. Events within the next 7 days are highlighted. Click on any event to view its full details.

Tips

  • Check your dashboard daily to stay on top of pending tasks
  • Use Quick Add for common actions instead of navigating through menus
  • The statistics cards link to their respective modules - click to explore
  • Activities marked "Needs Attention" require action (missing report, attendance, etc.)
