Public Organization Page
Organizations can now enable a public-facing page at orgbasehq.com/your-slug. Showcase your mission, vision, officers, social links, and membership stats — all controlled from Settings. Great for attracting new members and sharing your organization's story.
Member Portal
Members can now log in to a self-service portal at /portal/your-slug using email magic codes — no password needed. View dues balances and payment history, check activity attendance, and update contact info. Admins enable it with a single toggle in Settings.
Automatic Daily Backups
Your organization's data is now automatically backed up every day and retained for 30 days. View and download your latest backups from Settings > Data Management. Backups cover all org data across database tables and are stored as compressed JSON in R2 storage.
Custom Domain Links
Pro plan organizations can now connect their own subdomain (e.g., go.yourorg.org) for branded registration and check-in links. Set custom slugs like /annual-gala-2026 for clean, memorable URLs. Includes guided DNS setup, automatic SSL, and one-click verification.
Anonymous Feedback for Activities
Collect post-event feedback from attendees with a shareable link. Supports 1-5 star ratings and optional comments. Enable anonymous mode so anyone with the link can submit feedback without entering their email. All feedback is displayed anonymously in the Wrap-up tab to encourage honest responses.
Feedback Link and Ratings
Generate a public feedback link from the Wrap-up tab. Attendees can rate the activity from 1-5 stars and leave optional comments. Non-anonymous submissions require a valid attendee email to prevent duplicates. All submissions are protected by Turnstile CAPTCHA.
Registration Mode Persistence Fix
Fixed an issue where the Registration/Check-in mode toggle was not being saved correctly when updating check-in configuration. The mode setting now persists reliably across page reloads.
Free Registration Now Open
OrgBaseHQ is now open to everyone! Create your organization for free and start managing your team today. The free plan includes up to 15 members, 3 administrators, and 200 MB of file storage. No credit card required to get started.
Dues Summary
Generate and share dues summaries for your members. From the Member Dues tab, click on any member to view their dues details, then use the new "Dues Summary" button to view a printable summary. You can print or save as PDF, or email it directly to the member with one click.
Launch Sequence Wizard
Introducing the Launch Sequence - a guided setup wizard that helps new organizations get up and running quickly. The wizard walks you through 9 essential setup steps including organization profile, currency settings, adding members, membership types, dues periods, finance accounts, governance structure, activities, and inviting your team. Access it from the Dashboard banner or restart anytime from Settings > General.
Comprehensive Reports & Exports
Major enhancements to the Reports module with comprehensive data exports across all areas. **Dues Reports** • New Period Reports (Accrual Basis) - See complete collection status for each billing period regardless of when payments were made • Payment History (Cash Basis) - Track payments by date range • Download button on each period row for quick exports **Finances Reports** • Income Statement export - Profit & Loss report with income/expenses by category • Account Balances export - Current snapshot of all account balances • All Transactions export with comprehensive fields **Enhanced Exports Across All Modules** • Members: Added memberId, birthday, notes fields • Dues: Added period dates, status, waiver info, late fees • Donors: Added contact info, recurring donation details • Activities: Added attendance rates, budget variance, activity reports All exports now include complete field coverage for thorough record-keeping and reporting.
